I have learned some pointers in video products and social media. So here are some updates where I convey the benefits upfront and within the first 3 seconds of the video. It was hard because our cover screen was at least 2 seconds long.
Here are the improvements in the latest 30-second video about what we do and why we exist. I even changed out the sound to drums which is very much more representative of our team.
